| CSBA Board of Directors Call for Nominations
Chesapeake Sustainable Business Alliance (CSBA) is currently seeking motivated dedicated individuals to fill vacancies on its Board of Directors. This Call for Nominations is an opportunity for you to nominate our network's future leaders; you can nominate a friend or co-worker, and self nominations are encouraged.
As a board member you have great opportunity to promote a more socially, environmentally and financially sustainable local economy by leveraging the power of business to "do well by doing good."
The real work of CSBA is in the Committees. Committees offer a great way to become involved, to network, and simply to have fun. Some Committees meet regularly and others on an as needed basis. Our current committees include: Communications Committee, Events Committee (Green Mondays), Membership Committee, Sponsorship Committee and Buy Local Committee. A nominee must be a CSBA Member in good standing to join the Board of Directors. Please download this Nomination Form (PDF). Nominees must complete this form in its entirety and attach a copy of her/his resume and a statement of why s/he would like to join the Board.
